The Insurance Lady AZ
Michelle is a certified Medicare Broker in Arizona who offers no cost, step-by-step help with Medicare. Her goal was to create a work-life that allowed her to grow her business and be able to keep travel and adventure a priority.
Michelle and I have been working together for 6 years, growing her client list and nurturing those relationships. One of her biggest challenges has been to stay grounded in her self-care practices when work gets busy.
Her dream was to be able to take her business on the road so she could work and live in nature.
Business Life Coaching
Michelle and I work in seasons. During the summer, we brainstorm what to focus on and how to manage workload in the upcoming busy winter days. We’ve set up much of her customer care to run on auto-pilot so she has time to work with new clients. Our weekly check-ins help keep her on track with doable amounts of work paired with time for family, exercise, and camping! She has learned to say no when life gets full, and to keep saying yes to adventure.
